Before you fly
Four items. The first has a deadline that is already close.
Monday 22 September
Position yourself. Nothing here is content — it is access.
11:00 AM — Registration opens
Register early, before the queue builds. Badge and Hub map.
1:00 – 4:30 PM — Customer Collaboratives
Highest-value block on the agenda if you are eligible. Small-group access to Oracle experts. If not eligible, this becomes reconnaissance: walk the Hub, find which stations cover back revenue cycle, write down names.
4:30 – 6:00 PM — Welcome reception
Peer questions only. Q22 and Q26 open conversations. Product questions close them.
Tuesday 23 September
The heavy day. The Hub opens 90 minutes before the keynotes, and that is the quietest floor time of the whole event.
7:30 – 9:00 AM — Hub, before keynotes
Showcase staff are set up and unengaged. Worklist questions here: Q1 through Q5.
9:00 – 11:30 AM — Mainstage keynotes
Listen for one thing: what moves from roadmap to available. Capture the exact wording of any revenue cycle claim and whether it carried a safe-harbour qualifier.
11:30 – 1:00 PM — Lunch
Sit with strangers. Q22 to Q27.
12:30 – 4:30 PM — Learning sessions
Priority order: financials and revenue cycle, then implementation, then AI Center of Excellence. A product showcase beats a panel — demos are where configuration questions get answered.
4:30 – 6:00 PM — Hub reception
Q6 if you have found the AI product team by now.
Evening — fifteen minutes
Export the day. Day 2 notes written on Day 3 are worth a fraction of what they were worth on Day 2.
Wednesday 24 September
Close loops. Second conversations with the same person beat first conversations with a new one.
7:00 – 9:00 AM — Hub
Chase every question left unanswered from yesterday.
9:00 – 11:30 AM — Mainstage keynotes
11:30 – 1:00 PM — Lunch
Collect contact details deliberately. Anyone you want to be able to email in November.
1:00 – 4:00 PM — Learning sessions
3:00 PM — Registration closes
4:00 PM — Hub closes
Last of the floor.
Thursday 25 September — travel and debrief
The debrief is the deliverable. Ninety minutes at the airport or in the air, before the notes go cold.
Risks
Each names how it goes wrong and the evidence that closes it.
Question bank
Ask what a capability needs from you, never when it ships. A date gets a safe-harbour non-answer. A configuration requirement is answerable and gives you work you can start before anything ships.
Dictation
What you can say
All of this is matched locally in the file. Nothing is sent anywhere, and it works with no signal.

What Oracle is shipping
Trade press — lead, not sole supportOn 19 August 2026 Oracle Health expanded its Clinical AI Agent with three capabilities reported as available to U.S. customers: automated professional fee coding for ambulatory workflows, clinician-controlled dictation, and AI-assisted chart review. The coding capability analyses the visit conversation and proposes professional fee charge codes inside the orders workflow; the clinician reviews and confirms each recommendation before submission. Coverage notes this moved three items off the planned list into general availability.
Confirm the GA status against Oracle documentation before repeating it internally. Trade press located this fact; it does not support it.
What is roadmap
Vendor documentation — under safe harborFrom the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Product Roadmap, United States, release 2026.3.01, version 13, September 2026. General product direction, not a commitment, not to be relied on in purchasing decisions. Timing and pricing remain at Oracle's discretion. Several items note that Clinical AI Agent capabilities may require additional licences.

- Analytics: unified analytics expanded to INVISION and MedSeries4; AI-driven analytics for key financial trend drivers; contextual insights embedded in decision workflows
The source PDF's two-column layout did not extract cleanly for every line. Treat the near-term / later split as indicative and check the slide before quoting any item as near-term.
Back revenue cycle — later
- Predictive insights for denial prevention, AR risk monitoring, and payer performance
- Anomaly detection for revenue leakage and performance outliers
- Automated remittance posting for secondary and guarantor balances
- Automated cash posting by reassociating EFT and ERA
- Claim attachments support
The front-end item that lands on the master file desk
Under Patient Administration: integrate with payer directory to create standardized health plan master. A master file consequence carried inside a front revenue cycle roadmap line, and easy to miss.
The absence worth naming. Nothing in the published roadmap describes worklist prioritisation, scoring, or suppression logic in Patient Accounting. Worklist entries appear elsewhere — financial clearance worklists in front revenue cycle, scheduling worklists, care management worklists in the EHR, an oncology nurse navigator worklist — but not selection logic in back revenue cycle.
This is an open question, not a finding. Absence from a published roadmap does not establish absence from the product. It establishes that the question has to be asked in person.
The contrast that makes it a good question: on the payer side, Oracle Health Insurance carries a near-term item to introduce an embedded worklist capability, including per-user worklist setup and configurable task assignment, plus enhanced auditing on user actions with field-level tracking. Per-user worklist configuration and field-level action auditing are being built — for the payer product. Whether any of that framework crosses to Patient Accounting is Q2.
The structural point
Learning sessions total nine hours across three days. The Hub is open seventeen. Two mornings before keynotes, two lunch blocks, two receptions — all unstructured, and all where product managers, showcase staff and other Patient Accounting customers actually are. A roadmap answer is not available in a session. It is available standing next to a demo station with a specific configuration question.
Logistics
- Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, 1001 W Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
- Orlando International (MCO)
- Session catalog lives in the attendee portal, behind login
- Customer Collaboratives are membership-based and require CPCA; eligibility confirmed through your customer success manager
- Global sponsors: Accenture, Deloitte, PwC. Infosys is a premier sponsor
- Keynotes announced include Oracle's CEO and the EVP and GM of Oracle Health and Life Sciences, plus health system CEOs from Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic Health System, AtlantiCare, Sunnybrook, Billings Clinic – Logan Health, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and the president and CEO of AHIP
What could not be verified
- Session catalog contents. Login-gated. No session in the day plan is named for that reason.
- Event terms on recording and photography. Not reviewed.
- Whether your organisation holds CPCA membership.
- Whether worklist prioritisation logic exists in Patient Accounting. The roadmap does not describe it; that is not the same as the product lacking it.
- GA status of the August coding, dictation and chart review capabilities.
- Near-term versus later column assignment for several Patient Accounting lines.

Two boundaries
This is prepared for use in your role. Anything you bring back that you want to publish, syndicate, or use in an outside venture crosses into different territory — employer conflict, vendor confidentiality, and whatever the event terms say about attendee use of session content. That is a counsel question before it is a content question.
Recording a conversation is not the same as taking notes on it. Before you point a recorder at anyone, check the event terms and say out loud that you are recording. Florida requires all parties to consent to the recording of a private conversation.
